Thai yoga massage

Known as ‘lazy man’s yoga’, Jane trained in this treatment at the Wat Po School of Massage in Bangkok, Thailand.

The deep and relaxing massage lasts around 90 minutes and is administered while you lie on a futon-style mattress. You will wear loose clothing – such as a tracksuit, or fisherman’s trousers in the Thai style – and Jane will work the sen lines, or muscular contours, using a walking motion with her finger and thumb, incorporating use of her hands, feet and occasionally elbows.

She will then guide you into gentle yoga stretches, helping your flexibility and motion.
